Network and System Support
Many of the solutions that we at
GMA can provide you with wouldn't be complete without support - us
on the end of a phone to help you when you need it.
At GMA, we have the flexibility to
provide you with a bespoke support package, giving you as little or
as much as you need, whether that be the whole package or just a
few elements.
As well as the telephone and remote support we provide through our
HELP DESK service, which operates as standard mon-fri, 9am - 5pm,
we can also provide you with up-to-date server data telling you
about processor performance, disk space, software updates, backup
failures and more. We can also provide you with a monthly report in
a format of your choice.

Onsite days can also be included in
your package where one of our engineers visits you to resolve any
issues you are experiencing.
Price-wise, the level of service
you require is reflected in the cost but we find that the support
package we've designed as our standard support offering is
sufficient for many of our clients' requirements and it might be
for yours too!
