GMA were tasked with:
- Deploying 3CX IP telephony system
- Testing & training the users on it
- Relocating the technology infrastructure from the current to new offices
- Supporting the users onsite during the first few days of relocation
GMA were required to provide a cost-effective service despite the tight schedule and challenges that would invariably arise.
The new telephone system provided TORI staff the ability to work from home whilst also being able to link to their international offices. GMA also installed the 3CX mobile application for staff members’ iPhones so they had 24 hours, anywhere access to the telephone system and all its functions.
TORI’s intangible benefit was seamless integration of systems – including the linking of international offices with uniform technology, allowing centralised management without corresponding increases in support costs going forward.
