Gregory Micallef Associates is an IT Support and Technology Services Company and has a strong
commitment to be a responsible business and taking a robust approach to modern slavery and
human trafficking. This statement relates to action taken during the financial year of 1st April 2025 –
31st March 2026.

Gregory Micallef Associates is committed to the Modern Slavery Act 2015, to ensure that there is no
modern slavery or human trafficking within their supply chains or within any supply chains of their
service providers. Gregory Micallef Associates has an Anti-Slavery Policy in place and it ensures all
the necessary steps to the promotion of ethical practices throughout the Company.

Gregory Micallef Associates is also committed to providing the necessary training to their employees
to ensure full understanding of the risks of human trafficking and modern slavery.

Gregory Micallef Associates will not deal with any Company involved or associated with modern
slavery or human trafficking.

The Directors of Gregory Micallef Associates take responsibility for implementing and promoting the
Anti-Slavery Policy and will review this on an annual basis.
