What we did
GMA installed our 3CX VoIP solution so remote workers and satellite offices achieved the same efficiency as the Head Office. Being Windows Server-based, the management software has an easy-to-use interface, which customers for in house management. With the Head Office, we delivered a bridged solution, utilising BT’s Infinity service to provide plenty of bandwidth – and already existing ISDN lines for back-up – and bonded ADSL connections at the remote site for cost-efficiency.
The MD had an easy way to keep an eye on costs and usage. GMA installed the 3CX mobile application to his iPhone so he had 24 hours, anywhere access to these and the management interface.
Not only were we able to move the Head Office, we also connected the remote office at the same time. Installed and tested by Sunday evening, the business was ready with no interruptions for the new week.
