Business Telephones

Traditional phone systems employ required dedicated lines and phone sockets at every desk.  They need enough hardware routers (PABX) to connect each phone.  Managing and expanding these systems can be both costly and time consuming.  More and more businesses are addressing these problems by moving to VOIP (voice over internet protocol) solutions.

VOIP uses your existing computer network (same connections that your computer uses) and software running on an MS server computer to deliver telephony and integration with user applications such as MS Outlook.

Because VIOP does not require a PABX it is simpler to manage and really comes into its own when you need to expand the system.  All you have to do is add the licences to the server software and you can then connect up the phones using your computer network.  Another big advantage is that that remote sites and home users can integrate with the main system by making use of their internet connection.

3CX

3CX offer a system that offers excellent value and all the features you need to bring the benefits of VOIP to your business.  The server software has the ability to be virtualised so it is not even tied to a particular computer.  Remote users are supported by innovative client software that reduces the hardware needed even further.
