Free alternative to CRM for Small companies

Microsoft have produced a free addon to Office Outlook (versions 2003 and 2007) called Business Contact Manager.  We can install this on your server and you will be able to share contact information with other staff, track sales leads and oportunities, run a marketing campaign and share project task information.  This information is stored on your server but can be taken offline on your laptop and synchronised back to the server when you are next connected.
