Cancellation and Refund Policy
Should a customer wish to cancel the delivery of services this should be done, by telephone and supported in writing via E-Mail or by fax, ten working days prior to the delivery date of the Service. In such circumstances no charge to the customer will be enforced and any payments will be fully refunded.
Should cancellation occur within ten days of the delivery date the customer will be expected to pay a portion of the fees depending on the costs incured by GMA as a result of the cancellation.
Should a block of days be booked Gregory Micallef Associates Ltd will only enforce the policy to days which fall outside of the ten day period.
